1. Service Description
We provide personalized training plans designed for HYROX preparation. These plans are delivered digitally via the TrainingPeaks platform. The "Get a Plan" service includes a custom training schedule based on the information you provide during the intake process and a video walkthrough of your plan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
4. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your personalized plan within 3–5 business days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification when your plan is ready on TrainingPeaks.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your plan for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
6. Health Disclaimer
You acknowledge that participation in athletic training involves the risk of injury. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from participating in this training program. You should consult with a physician before beginning this or any other exercise program.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roxlab and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
8. Intellectual Property
The training plans and materials provided are for your personal use only. You agree not to distribute, share, or resell the training plans or any part of the materials provided. All content, branding, and methodologies remain the property of Roxlab.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
