How It Works
From intake to training in under a week. Here's the process.
1. Tell Us About Your Goals
Complete our 2-minute intake form. Share your target race, schedule, equipment access, and any constraints. We'll use this to customize every aspect of your plan.
2. Connect TrainingPeaks
After checkout, we'll email you a TrainingPeaks invite and instructions to connect your watch (Garmin, Apple, etc.). This lets us see your training data to build a smarter plan.
3. Start Training
Once you're set up, Alex & Joseph create your personalized plan in 3-5 days. Open TrainingPeaks, see today's workout, and start crushing it.
